Yes,
I think you should use marine-grade plywood. It's chemically treated to resist mildew/rot.

It comes in 4' by 8' pieces. I'd use the same thickness that's there now to try and keep the weight the same.

Also, when removing the old floor, try and be careful not to damage the pieces too much so you can use them as a template.
