I have a similar problem on my alumcraft 1990 19' Trophy model. I have just pulled the drain on my live well and it draining into the hull. I'm suspecting that the fill or drain holes on the live well are leaking on the transom of the boat. I would perfer to repair so I can continue to use the boat the way it was intended to, but I'm going to get a plug and see if it solves the problem. It was good but unfornate to hear of someone having a similar problem. Anyone else with input would be appriciated. Thanks,Val
