If you can push it back out your half way their, you will need rubber mallet and a good piece of wood. After you got it out then take the wood and have someone hold it on the inside and on the out side hit the outer edges of the dent. That will get it to stay out, as by you by hitting the out side edges you have taken the flex point out of it.
