Most guys I know (including myself) use a 10 amp charger. Mine trickles down as the battery is charged, so it would be very hard to overcharge. A charger that puts out a set amp amount can burn up a battery if it's left on too long. Every recharge is different because the battery is used differently every time I'm out.
