it is kinda hard to get used to but it takes a long time to get it hot so it will flo first off you need to be inside out of the wind cause aluminum cools fast your gonna have to heat it for a long time if you still cant get it hot you may have to use a bigger tip once you get it hot weld just behind the flame it just takes practice it that doesnt do it for you i would look into rhino liner it worked great for me
