If your boat,motor,and gear weight around 450lbs. as you state,the trailer itself is proable under 300lbs. As Jack S pointed out,the 8 in. tires are rated well in excess of the weight you will be at. I would think a consideration would be how heavy your foot is.If your going to be running the Interstate Hwy's around 75 M.P.H. heading for the Gulf,those little 8 in. tires are going to have a lot of stress put on them due to their short circumference.Just a thought!
