the top rail is the key to any boat without it your boat would be like a wet noodle so you should really change the whole thing the best place to get the one to match your boat would be to contact lowe with your serial and model number they should be able to fix you up if you do change just a section of it its gonna have to be welded at the joint and i really wouldnt trust it for it takes alot of presure good luck
