You may be able to work something out through a Lowe dealer where you ship your boat back to the manufacturer for repair. I'm sure it wouldn't be cheap. They beauty of aluminum boats is you can usually sit down and do some backyard engineering to solve most structural problems. If the top tail were rectangular, I'd be thinking aluminum U channel, stainless through bolts, and epoxy filler putty.
