I'am fixing up a 15' Monarch that used to have a steering console that I removed. I picked up boat and trailer for $500 w/o motor.It allready has a floor in it. I plan to put a tiller 20hp outboard on it. Does your monarch have the covered sides inside with the foam and wireing behind it? That makes it alot easier to put a deck up front.
