Wood for floor?????

I have an Aluminum V-hul and am putting in a floor and casting decks. I am using pressure treated
(green treated) wood. I know it adds weight, but I have heard that the chemicals can leak out and/or react with the aluminum. I am encasing the wood with resin before installation. Which should keep the water from ever touching the wood.

Has anyone had any experience with this or similar?
I'd like to know if this is speculation or the real deal.
