1980 Evenrude 9.9 stalls and will not restart

my 9.9 Evinrude runs great at slow speed and fine at high speed and the temperature is fine, however, after twenty minutes at speed the enigne just quits and will not restart untill it kools down. The engine does not seize because it is kool to the touch and the head roates. I had a cracked coil and replaced that one. Not sure if the other coil is shot. Once the motor kools down it starts fine - any thoguhts?
