pressure treated plywood is not what its all cracked up to be and it does contain salt witch is not only bad for the boat its bad for resin to if i where you sence your going to encase it in resin anyway i would use regular cdx grade plywood and cover that with resin it will last just as long in fact i have used cdx painted with oil base paint and as long as you keep up with the painting (gives you something to do in the winter) it will last a lont time too only thing is the paint needs to cure for 2 weeks before you expose it to water you also have polyurathane paint there are alot of options better than treated plywood the plywood will often seperate in the treating process and have large voids inside and it will swell if it does get wet
