sounds like you need to rebuild those carbs.The kits run about 70.23 plus shipping. Also check compression you may have a blown head gasket check and see if you have water on your plugs.If you are carefull you may be able to take carbs off and clean them out they may have water in them make sure to check the jets. Turn he top screw in until it stops and count the turns and set the other two the same.
