Chrysler 10 hp elect start W/ boat pictures.

I have a Chrysler 10 HP magnapower III electric start outboard motor, Model # 108HA. Serial # 1103. Certified BIA. 10 Bhp at 4750 RPM. Full power speed at 4300 to 5200 RPM. (All info off of nameplate)

I have a few problems when motor is started the wires smoke. If I unhook a square 4 prong looking relay smoking stops and the generator doesn’t work. Maybe the voltage rectifier?

The lower unit around prop leaks oil the flange that holds on prop to lower unit is broken and holes in lower unit are cracked too. (jb-weld is holding it together temporarily.

I need 2 new spark plugs.

I need a new Magnapower III prestolite by Eltra Co. The wires on this are burnt.

Unit will not go into reverse.

Does anyone know where I can get parts or where I can send it to be fully repaired?
