25 Foot Sun Tracker Pontoon: Is it worth it?

I am thinking about buying a 2002 25 foot Sun Tracker Party Barge this weekend. I was going to get either the 3.0 Liter 135 HP Inboard/Outboard or the 115 HP 4 Stroke EFI outboard. My question is the boat nice? Do they resell well? and what engine type would you get? The 115 HP 4 stroke is $1800 more than the 3.0L I/O. Any help would be appreciated.... Also, is the all aluminum deck better than wood? I've heard its louder and hotter..
