Rather expensive flooring seeing that you plan to carpet it.You don't need good both sides(no plugs) that you get with marine plywood.The no voids that marine ply features is good,but for the floor you can coat the edges of CDX plywood with fiberglass resin and seal any voids against water entering.Your cost should be under $18.00 a panel.Any how,good luck
