4 Stroke Outboard w/ 2 Stroke Gas !!!!

I have a 2004 Honda 9.9 4 stroke that I use. This past weekend I was fishing up here in Canada. I ran out of gas on the lake I was on and had to use a friends oil/gas mixed 2 stroke gas in my motor to get home. I ran it about 40min with this mixed gas.
How bad is this for the outboard? Will the oil in the gas damage the internal mechanics of the outboard in any way? Should I get the outboard cleaned... ect.
Firmative/serious answers only please as this is no "ball park" question with answer.
