Outboard Leaking oil?

What I have is a 1998 25hp Mariner 2 stroke. I just purchased it recently. I started it up with a flush kit deal for a min or two. After I shut it off I noticed a little oil coming out of it. I read somewhere that this may be unburned oil. I noticed some from a small normal hole and some on the ground. Here is a link to my pic of this. Kind of hard to see the oil though. What do you guys think?
