For the length of time you ran the motor it would have absolutely no ill effects.It was like a heavy douse of upper cylinder lube.Which lots of folks do to car and truck motors under heavy use.
If you ran it continually you might get some carbon deposits but it would take a heck of a lot of hours.Don`t sweat it.Where you get in trouble
is running a 2 stroke on straight gas.2 strokes get all their lube from the oil in the gas.No oil and pretty soon no motor.I figure in 40 minutes you ran maybe 3 ozs of oil through your motor.
