If your just talking about a major tune up any compitent outboard shop can do it.If it`s major work or requires parts they could be a problem.

NY.They have a web site.50 years in business.More than 100 miles but the owner is a collector and his shop may be able to help you.If you go up there stop at the boat museum in Clayton.Worth the ride by itself.
