What you are seeing seems to be normal. The small hole is (and there should be several of them are) an intake for water for cooling. The exhaust runs through the cooling system and any oil that is unburned and exhaust particles will drain out with water. If you have a large quantity of oil coming out then perhaps you need to adjust your gas/air mixture. If it is too lean then a lot of gas and oil do not burn and you see a lot of oil draining after use.
