I have a 54 Sea King (Gale) 5 horse motor (45GG-9015A). I changed the points,condenser,coil,and spark plugs. The motor ran great after this (put about 10 hours on it) but I realized that I forgot to change the plug wires. I wanted to use copper core wires not graphite, and the only thing Napa had were some tractor wires. Well, I added them and the motor ran for about 30 seconds, and then quit. I can't get any spark now. Any thoughts? |
