If your info is correct your outboard is a !.25hp built by West Bend in 1946 and off and on to 1951. I don't have ser. no. info. handy so I can't say for shure of the date of mfg. Fuel/oil ratio is 16:1 of 30wt no
n det. oil. TC-W3 oil will be fine. As far as value, what it's worth to you. These were nice little outboards. West Bend built excellent outboards.
