pretty much the same over many years.If the motor runs well and you know its history don`t mess with things to much.But if it has been laid up for years be sure to do all the routine maintenance plus go through the fuel system from tank to carb.As far as a manual generally a factory manual is best. The motors were very similar for a lot of years so you should be able to find something.
Generic manuals are also readily available.
