Can I salvage this lower unit?

I tore into my model 18302L evinrude thinking I was just going to do a seal job, and found that the bronze bearings very badly worn including the one for the pinion gear. The fit is really sloppy.

Can I get new bearings inclulding the one for the pinion gear? How would I replace the pinion gear bearing? Any advice or suggestions on how to proceed would be apppreciated
