It stopped pumping water I guess because the gasket was bad. I decided to pull the head and take a peek seeing as how it was not pumping water. Upon removal of the head it was all corroded. I cleaned everything thing uo and installed a new gasket in the correct sequnce and torque Specs. I put it in the lake and it pumped water and ran great all day. I had the problems the next time I went out. The tops of the cylinder liners looked nice. I didn't check for warpage which I'll bet is the root of my troubles like you said. Thanks a bunch, Ken
