Fuel mix is 16:1. 7.5 hp at 4,000,11.97 cu. in.,
H8J plugs at .030,points at .020.Most recommend changing the impeller unless you know the history of the motor.Laings outboards is a good place to start for parts.If the motor has been sitting for years you should go through the fuel system from
tank to carb with special attention to cleaning.
Also change the lower unit lube.
