We could use a liittle more information. If your concerned about the fuel going bad, that usually takes several months. So if you use up a tank full of gas within a 6 month period there should be no reason to continually drain the whole system. If the period is longer then 6 months you are best to add a gasoline stabilizer which should keep the fuel good for up to 2 years. There is no reason to drain the engine, tank, or hoses unless you planning on storing the motor for a few years.
