Nissan motor problems

I have new Nissan outboard motor 4 stoke (NSF 30A)brought 6-19-03. The motor oil been contaminated with (gas)fuel. It's been the dealer, they said, it had a ruptured diaphragm in the fuel pump. This motor has poor idling and a lot of nosie at very slow trolling , the boat is center console with controls with few more rpms the motor runs very good.. This motor has been doing this from day one, do need unload the motor,
I do a lot slow trolling for trout, unhappy with this motor, need some help on this problem.
I also a 25, 4 stoke Yamaha motor no problems, it is has hand tiller on an older boat.
