book on mariner 9.9

hello has anyone got a book on mariner 9.9 which will tell me the fuel/oil mix and other information the serial number is OC14901 ..it also needs a new cover for the motor but i dont know where to get one from.
i have tried several places in england where i live can you guys help ..i think the year is 1989/90 twin cylinder and has hardly been used but the cover is broken thank you ....
