Your Gamefisher is Tanaka's TOB 120. You do not need to remove the gear case cover to add lubricant. The level of the fill hole is the level for the gear case. Just make shure the level is at the fill hole when lower unit is in the upright position. Use SAE 90 outboard gear lube.
