1978 Johnson 25 HP Problem

I have a 78 Johnson 25 HP. #25R78G. When running at full speed, motor seems to slip in and out of gear. I've been told that I need something called a clutch dog. I've also been told that I need to replace the motor mounts. Anyone know where I can find the parts I need?
