Glad to help.Sounds like fuel system is ok.
Some of the guys who run the old
Evinrude/Johnsons just change the oil more frequently as you do when the seals are weak.
You may be able to find replacement seals
at an industrial supply house where they sell bearings, seals etc.Just specify water resistent.
And bring the old seals and shaft because they won`t have outboard application info.If your
motor has a thermostat you may want to check it as well.Usually somewhere near the head.
