Be very carefull when you are repositioning the coils. The faces of the coil heels should be installed flush with the boss on the armature plate casting upon which they rest. If they are set back too far, then there will be a weak spark or no spark at all. If they are set forward, then they will rub against the rotating flywheel, and dammage will result.
