First, don't tyr to pull the flywheel off with a three prong gear puller. It won't do the job and will most likely bend and/or break the edges of your flywheel. You must use a puller consisting of a steel plate, 3 outer screws and a center turning bolt. When you replace the coil (assuming it's your problem), you MUST position it properly on the stator plate. If it is too far in, you will get no spark. If it is too far out, engine vibration can cause it to rub against the moving flywheel and cause danmage to these parts. Its hard to describe in words, but the coil heels must be seated in line with the back beveled edge of the metal which lies directly under them.
